We booked a king room with a comfy bed. Everyone was helpful as well as owner. The location of the property was quiet and comfy, in the middle of jackson...

The location was magnificent and close to places we visited. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from China Garden, ate there once or twice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room clean & functional.

The decor seemed like a nostalgic blast from the past, totally capturing that classic retro vibe. The bed? So comfortable that sleep came easy. Water pressure in the shower surprised me with how strong it was. Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. There was some dust, and I found a few lights not working initially. The parking lot looked nearly empty when I arrived, made me wonder about safety at night. A vintage CRT TV added to the quirky charm but wasn't practical for entertainment. Another downside was the flimsy shower curtain, which seemed to be more of a health risk than a convenience. All in all, it had its quirks but also had some definite charm.

Positive, It was like being in a 1980's horror film in the ABSOLUTE BEST way possible. I loved the vibe. The MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER and the water pressure in the shower? Amazing! We had a BLAST!

The plumbing needs immediate attention as hot water issues could pose safety risks!!! The cleanliness should be prioritized. Yellowed towels and outdated fixtures are not up to standard!!! Let's talk about that empty pool, quite the letdown!!!

Retro charm in need of TLC

I stayed in a King Room with nostalgia-filled decor and a bed so comfortable, I melted into it. The shower pressure left me kinda surprised.

The facilities were noticeably dated, with some fixtures showing wear and attention clearly lacking in maintenance. The empty pool gave a rather forlorn vibe.

The retro charm of the room was good, especially the comfortable bed and the excellent water pressure in the shower. The cleanliness was lacking, with some lights initially not working and the room needing a better overall maintenance touch. Parking was also limited, with a nearly empty lot upon arrival, which could raise concerns if you arrive late.

Friendly staff and great hot water supply. The location is a gem, close to dining options and the nearby Opal Hill Mine, which adds some fun for exploration.

The room cleanliness could use a bit of attention, with some areas not up to par,, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

On a road trip, we stayed one night. the manager kindly accommodated our request for a downstairs room due to health concerns. the classic retro vibe was charming, with comfortable rooms despite quirky paint. the best part? the incredibly comfortable bed and phenomenal water pressure in the shower. the single-level room provided a fun, ’80s horror film experience with a blast of nostalgia.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants and a supermarket, and it was great for my work in the area, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
